What can I spend the grant money on in my Students as Partners project?

Your grant will spent on:

Your student wage (UTS Casual HEW1.1) to ensure students are being paid for their time.

Your UTS staff mandatory training (3 hours) and the kick-off workshop session time

Project costs, such as workshop supplies like post-it notes or flipcharts, or a subscription, such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.

Activities and supplies must contribute to the outcomes of the project and within the deadline set by the program.
Students must track their budget carefully (budget sheet template provided) throughout the project as there are no additional funds to be given out if a project goes over.
