Is there any cost to me for publishing an article under a Read & Publish agreement?

The Open Access APC is waived if all requirements are met, however there may still be other charges incurred such as submission costs, page charges and colour printing which the agreement does not cover.
When submitting articles for publication, please check individual journal home pages for up-to-date information on page and colour charges.
