Why do I get an error message when I try to access the reports tab in Reading Lists?
Answer
Some internet browsers have an issue with cookies when accessing the Analytics tab through Canvas.
A work around for this issue is to open Analytics in a new browser tab by clicking on your initials in the top right corner and selecting Open in new tab.
