Details on how to share your entire reference database or a specific folder(s) are available on the RefWorks support site.

EndNote

If you have EndNote and want to share your library you’ll need to sign up for an EndNote Online account and sync that account to your desktop software. All people with whom you wish to share your library will also need to sign up for EndNote Online accounts. Instructions on how to do this can be found on the Clarivate website.
